LaserLAB maintenance and service contract

Have you already concluded a maintenance contract for your LaserLAB system or would you like to have your device serviced? Then you’ve come to the right place.

Maintenance is an investment in reliability and longevity.

Our LaserLAB system is a state-of-the-art and complex technology that enables precise and efficient calibration of your robot cell. In order for you to benefit from the advantages and quality of our system in the long term, it is important to keep it in the best possible condition. This is exactly where our maintenance comes in.

As part of your maintenance contract, you can send your LaserLAB system to us for an annual inspection free of charge.

Do you not have a maintenance contract or would you like a one-off service or repair? Then please contact our colleagues in Sales. We will be happy to make you an offer as soon as possible.

As part of maintenance, your LaserLAB system is checked by our experts.
Your device is checked for damage as well as for dimensional accuracy and precision. If necessary, the firmware is updated.

In the event of defects such as crash or fall damage, we check whether and which components need to be exchanged or replaced. You will receive a corresponding repair offer (e.g. replacement of individual laser sensors). As part of the maintenance contract, you only incur costs for spare parts, but not for assembly or installation. Minor repairs, such as replacing the housing, are carried out free of charge.

You will receive your device back including a calibration certificate so that you can provide the corresponding proof for your QA system.

Repair offers

Please indicate any known defects and damage when sending in the system.
Our repair service will check the device and provide you with a repair quote. You can then decide whether you want to have the repair carried out.

Insurance and liability

Please note that you are responsible for the safe transportation of your device to the return address. We recommend that you take out shipping insurance to cover possible damage during transportation.
